Steaming compost

The Junior classes are looking at composting and worms with Miss O'Loughlin so this morning after fruit break I showed the class how the compost creates heat and steam. On a nice frosty morning like today the steam was very visible. The students were interested to see the worms and were disappointed to see how much good fruit was being wasted.
