It's nice to be recognised for all the hard work and effort we put into our school gardens, so it gave me great pleasure to collect the award for the annual Lions Environmental Competition at the weekend. It's no mean feat, as schools from all over the north of the South Island enter.
Well done to everyone for all your hard work, and thanks to those of you that have supported us in any way, shape or form. We couldn't have done it without you.
The award will be on display in the School foyer for the next year. And then again in 2016, when we win it again!
