Potato and Corn Fritters

Today was the first session of cooking for 2017. Our Year 7 / 8's had a training session last week and they did a great job passing on the skills and keeping the Juniors safe as they cooked.

The fritters tasted a bit like baked potatoes off a camp fire.... Yummy!!

The Junior students enjoyed flipping fritters and talking with the Seniors.
