Broad Bean Dip

Today we had the first big tasting of our broad beans. Kynan helped pick a big basket of broad beans which were podded very enthusiastically by our Junior cooks. While that was happening we had some garlic cut up.

It was all put into the blender along with lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, salt and some black pepper.

We served it up on crackers and it was a huge success. The smell of  the garlic was quite strong but it all tasted great!!
