FLAT BREAD TORTILLAS
Ingredients:
2 cups of plain flour
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
3⁄4 cup of warm milk
Method:
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and oil. Slowly add warm milk. Stir until loose sticky ball formed and knead for 2 minutes. Please back in bowl and rest whilst clean up bench (preferable for 20 minutes if making them at home). Break into 8 pieces and if possible rest again. Roll into circles and then using a large frying pan pat off excess flour and dry fry for approximately 1 minute each side. Pile into clean tea towel and keep warm before serving.
